We are committed to the responsible management of consumer information, and internet user privacy is a high priority. On www.girlgroup.us we will not collect any personally-identifiable information about you (name, address, telephone number or email address) unless you send it to us voluntarily. By using and accessing our website, you are accepting the practices, terms and conditions described in this Privacy Policy. Non-personally identifiable information is collected automatically

For each visitor to girlgroup.us our web server automatically recognizes your city, the type of internet browser you are using, the amount of time you spend on the site, the type of computer operating system you use, and the domain name of the website from which you arrived at the site. This non-personally identifiable information is collected automatically and used for internal review only. Security of your information

We take great care to maintain the security of your information. Among other measures, we use 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software and AES_128_GCM and ECDHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism, which encrypts information as it is transmitted. We send your credit card information to our card processing company when you make a purchase and do not read or retain this information ourselves. Security

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. When our donation or purchase from asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers), that information is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption and disk based encrypted storage.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information offline. All of our supporters' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices or our services providers encrypted and publicly restricted data centers.

Consent and release

I/We hereby give my/our full consent and permission for my/our child to participate, in all activities offered by GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. On behalf of myself/ourselves, including my/our child, and my/our representatives, and assigns, I/we hereby fully and forever waive, release and discharge GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. and all of its respective past, present, and future agents and assigns, from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, obligations, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) of any kind or character whatsoever, arising out of, resulting from, or in any way relating to my/our child's participation in any and all activities, except for claims based on the gross negligence or willful misconduct of any authorized agent of GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. Further, I/we agree to indemnify and hold GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage to others caused by my/our child's enrollment in GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. programs.

I/We understand that GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. is not a childcare facility. Children are to be escorted into the sessions by parent or guardian and picked up promptly at the end of session by a parent or guardian. GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. assumes no responsibility for children left unattended outside the posted session times and dates.

I/We understand that GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. does not provide therapeutic services. The nature of GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. is to provide empowerment and support to children ages 7-19.

I/We understand it is my/our responsibility to notify GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. of any medical condition or allergy that may require special attention and/or treatment.

I/We authorize GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. to evaluate and provide treatment to my/our child as deemed advisable in the event of an injury or illness. In the event of a serious injury and if unable to contact me/us, this consent is to include any and all emergency procedures deemed necessary by GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. staff, including but not limited to the transport of my/our child to a local emergency facility. In the event of transport to an emergency facility, when the Parents/Guardians cannot be contacted, I/we grant permission for treatment by any physician or hospital to which my/our child was taken.

I/We agree to allow GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. to use in whole or in part my/our child's photograph, videos, writing excerpts, voice recordings, likeness, and name in any medium without compensation. Further, I/we herby permit GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. to publicize my/our child's achievements in any medium. If you do not wish to have your child's likeness included in GIRL GROUP ENTERPRISES, INC. materials, please contact staff at info@girlgroup.us.

Integration clause

This contains all of the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. Any other agreements, promises, negotiations, or representatives, either oral or written, relating to the subject matter, not expressly set forth in the terms and conditions, are of no force or effect. The terms and conditions cannot be amended, modified or supplemented in any respect except by written agreement signed by all of the parties.
